For valid claims, please notify non - delivery within seven days from invoice date.
For valid claims, please notify any damage or shortage within 48 hours of release of goods.
Items can be returned up to 30 days after purchase. Please ensure they still have all the tags and packaging. We will fully refund you less any delivery charges if you had your ordered couried to you.
If you received free delivery and returning items would take you below the free delivery threshold then we will deduct the cost of the delivery from your refund.
If you use the website online returns form, please send the goods back to the Airdrie branch for goods bought online or from Airdrie and Hamilton branches. For goods bought from the Alva branch or Alva schools please return to the Alva branch. You do not need to wait for an email or returns number.
